What pets do you care for?
We take care of all pets! Dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, rabbits, snakes, and many other different pets.
Will I have the same sitter?
We strive to provide consistency in pet care by assigning the same sitter to your pets whenever possible. However, in some cases, depending on your pet care needs, it may be necessary to assign two or more sitters. Rest assured that each sitter assigned to care for your pet will have access to your pet care instructions to ensure that your pet(s) receive the same level of loving care every time.
My pets require shots/medicine, can I still use your service?
Certainly! Our sitters are experienced and trained to administer almost any type of medication to your pets, provided that they are willing to take it. However, if you have concerns that your pet may resist taking their medication (such as hiding, biting, scratching, or spitting it out), please don’t hesitate to inform us so that we can work with you to find an alternative solution.
Is there an extra charge for multiple pets?
It depends on the pet! We always welcome more pets, Just let us know. But as a general rule, it is $10 to $20 more per pet. Call me and let's talk!
Do you charge extra for holidays?
Minor Holiday Surcharge – Easter Sunday, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day: $10 per visit
Major Holiday Surcharge – Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day: $20 per visit
What if I need to book a last minute visit?
There is a $20 charge for same-day and a $15 charge for next-day requests. However, we DO NOT guarantee that we can accommodate any last-minute request as this will depend on our sitters availability. Usually though, it is no problem for us to get you scheduled.
If you are a new client, we must schedule a meet & greet at least 3 days before your first scheduled visit.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes - The Starski Rewards - Free enrollment. Rewards kick in after 6 paid services/month.
